With thirteen carefully curated talks, this TED licensed, independently organized conference explores the overlooked whys and hows of society's constituents. Approaching the theme literally, local improv group Zmack! deconstructs the workings of Improv. However, the theme is also taken figuratively. Nutrition and leadership coach Stefanie Vallee explains the biological behind the scenes of leadership, while college counselor and Harvard alumni Alex Chang tells of the psychological behind the scenes of Ivy-League colleges.
